DEFOAMER C is a water treatment antifoam suitable for applications such as boiler, cooling and effluent plant.
DEFOAMER C is a food-grade silicone based antifoam emulsion which combines high efficiency with outstanding versatility for a wide variety of food and non-food applications.
The product helps by breaking water surface tension to prevent foaming.
Product Usage
The Product is normally applied between 5 and 100ppm in the system water, advice may be required for choosing the correct dosage. Boiler water dosages should start from 1ppm up to a maximum of 5ppm.
DEFOAMER C may be diluted using either softened or demineralised water, for continuous pumped application. But where only intermittent dosage is required it is recommended that it is premixed with 4 parts water prior to addition to the system.
