Feedwater employee perks and benefits scheme announced.
To celebrate 40 years, Feedwater decided to do something very different to reward staff old and new for choosing to work at the company. The perks and benefits scheme was announced on the company day on the 17th of August. This was after an attempt at teaser marketing was used over the previous 6 weeks in a way that would foster interest and excitement for the company day without revealing the full benefits of the new scheme.
Initially, all permanent Feedwater employees were then given a 40 years commemorative mug and pen costing at least £1.70 (yes – expense was spared!). The room was understandably underwhelmed. But moments later the tease was broken when Feedwater’s marketing executive finally explained what the new scheme would actually offer.
With over 180 benefits collated and easily accessible by web or on the mobile platform Feedwater members could immediately redeem benefits such as FREE mobile/gadget insurance, full breakdown cover, Tastecard membership, monthly drink from Caffe Nero, the streaming of blockbuster film every 30 days offering immediate value at no cost to staff and heavily discounted cinema tickets for solo or group trips out, on-going discounts on the high street and grocery stores to help rack up the savings over the year and much much more.
