Feedwater is pleased to announce after much demand that it will be offering a suitable legionella training course aimed at Landlords and property owners who are looking to better understand what is involved in legionella control and their duty.
New guidance from The Health and safety Executive (HSE) places a duty on landlord and those in control of properties to assess the risk of infection from Legionella bacteria that cause Legionellosis. Feedwater’ new training course will help you to understand:
- What is Legionellosis?
- Who is likely to catch the disease?
- How you can prevent growth of the bacteria
- What the guidance requires of you?
- How to carry out a basis risk assessment on a property
- Your duties to your tenants and members of the public
The course also includes access to our risk assessment scheme – you will be able to use this scheme to provide simple, effective and legally compliant assessments for your properties.
The course will be held at the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton, Merseyside on the 25th June 2015.
Lunch will be provided.
Cost £275 per delegate, or £450 for two.
