Activ-Ox® dosing systems are built with safety, simplicity and reliability in mind to ensure that you get the right amount of chlorine dioxide ClO2 on demand.
They are designed to work with the unique range of Activ-Ox pre-cursor chemicals which give a 95%+ chlorine dioxide yield instantly.
This instant reaction has enabled us to produce a much simpler and safer dosing system than a conventional chlorine dioxide generator.
To the right is an example of our Tee reactor, this is where our chemicals are mixed its instant and safe, the conventional method of producing ClO2 is by using a reaction chamber which slowly fills with toxic gas.
Our method only doses directly into the water being treated with our patented chemistry, it’s so effective it can even be activated by lemonade or cola, which you can see demonstrated in the video below.

Safety First
Instant reaction – so no need for chemical mixing tanks or generator vessels containing high levels of chlorine dioxide.

Mixing and reaction takes place in a special reaction manifold which is integral to the water flow.
No gas is produced – Chlorine Dioxide is only ever produced in solution and then immediately diluted to it use concentration in the water stream being treated.
No chance of overdosing – dosage is controlled automatically, normally by impulsing water meter to prevent under or overdosing.
Tamper-proof – the dosing pumps are housed in separate enclosures

The Acitv-Ox 3200 unit is suitable for small to medium-sized applications such as hospitals, hotels and food processing sites. The Activ-Ox 3200 Standard also comes with an enhanced range of alarm options.
The Activ-Ox 4200 series system is built to cope with high flow rates and high dosage volumes and is suitable for commercial & industrial sites with significant water usage. Incorporating everything from the 3200, the 4200 doses from three chemical precursor chemicals rather than two to reduce chemical volume which means fewer chemical deliveries are required.
