The insulated return pack is required for certain micro analysis to prevent the sample from changing in the post. The pack includes a polystyrene box and freezable gel packs to keep the sample cool in transit. We choose Special Delivery for this as it guarantees next day delivery back to our lab to ensure the analysis can be UKAS accredited.
If you are ordering more than one sample which you intend to return on separate occasions or from separate locations, then please add as many packs as you need at checkout.
You can allocate as many sample bottles as you need to a single insulated pack, we will send out the packs you order large enough to distribute evenly the number of sample bottles you order. You can leave us a note at checkout or call us to discuss the specific manner you wish to arrange returns.
